Work closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, and deliver communicative and quality service to clients during the project term. Improving and amending standard operating procedures to ease the support team¡¯s workflow and improve customer experience. Understand the entire workflow for each project so that work can be completed within the specific timeframe.
