We try to design a different type of company.We believe that companies can be run more thoughtfully and also be successful in the business sense. For that, we need a new category of business leaders. And we see designers as a perfect fit for that.The way we try to achieve this mission is by organizing business training for designers. Unfortunately, business education has been overlooked in design schools and the design community for too long. No bureaucracy and internal politics. And it will stay this way.We put a lot of focus on our mental and physical health. So, we organize monthly Temperature Checks to see how everybody is feeling emotionally. We also host a weekly Posture Workout so you can stretch your legs and learn the best exercises for better posture.As we are a small team, everyone has an impact on all aspects of the company and is always welcome to bring their ideas to the front.
