And after observing the Silicon Valley startup scene, he wondered: Where is all the diverse talent on the global stage?Meanwhile, Jeanette was enjoying her corporate innovation career when she chose to study UX design. She launched her first business ¨C a career consultancy ¨C working with creatives and techies.She wondered: What skills and mindsets do my clients need to turn their ideas and talents into world-changing startups?Teaming up, they designed a program robust enough for academic accreditation at RMIT. And with a cohort of just seven students and one mentor-in-residence, they ran their first pilot program to Silicon Valley.And today¡­?In 2021, HEX is a lean, diverse Australian-based team working around the world and around the clock.We¡¯ve run 40+ programs to San Francisco, Singapore, Tel Aviv, and Melbourne ¨C and we didn’t slow down when the borders closed.In 2020, we launched award-winning virtual internships, challenges and cohort-based programs.
